Installation instructions

1. Check the model of the pneumatic valve, whether the parameters meet the site installation requirements and technical requirements.

2. Check the cylinder and position indicator of the pneumatic valve to ensure no damage.

3. The pipe of the pneumatic valve must be cleaned and purged; if there is impurity in the medium, a filter valve should be installed on the pipe before the valve.

4. Install in the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body of the pneumatic valve (follow-flow installation) to connect the interface of the pneumatic valve to the pipe and ensure a good seal at the joint.

5. If installing a solenoid valve, pay attention to the joint to ensure a good seal.

6. When welding connection is required, avoid high temperature transfer to the filling of the pneumatic valve.

Second, pneumatic valve installation and installation of solenoid valve precautions

1. The fluid and air source must be clean to prevent the solenoid valve or cylinder piston from being blocked.

2. When the coil of the solenoid valve is energized, the heat is high during normal operation, please do not touch it.

3. When the coil of the solenoid valve is energized, it is forbidden to remove it to prevent electric shock.

4. The coil, socket, electromagnetic tube and connecting part of the solenoid valve are strictly prohibited from hitting the collision to avoid damage.

5. When the coil of the solenoid valve is energized, it is forbidden to cover it to prevent overheating and burning.

6. The actual supply voltage of the solenoid valve must not exceed the tolerance range.

7. The working pressure of the medium, working temperature and viscosity should not exceed the specified range.

Three maintenance methods

1. Before the pneumatic valve is disassembled, the fluid in the cylinder must be emptied to vent the pressure of the medium in the valve; if the medium is high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, toxic or corrosive, it must be completely removed to prevent personal injury and equipment. Damage outside.

2. Pneumatic valve removal steps:

A Remove the cylinder: Remove the locking ring, lift up and remove the cylinder, you can see the piston, spring, position indicator, valve stem and other components.

B Disassemble the valve body: Use a wrench to snap on the root of the bonnet to rotate the valve body to remove the valve body and see the valve body.

C Disassemble the seal: After disassembling the valve body, you can see the seal at the end of the stem. Unscrew the screw that secures the seal to remove the seal.

3. According to the failure analysis, the disassembled valve is treated accordingly.

4. After processing, install it once with reference to the removal procedure.

5. Sealing parts, locking rings, sealing rings and springs must be installed in place. When tightening the connecting parts, the force should be even. Care should be taken not to damage the diaphragm and seat during disassembly and installation.

6. For repaired valves, tests such as pressure test and leakage must be performed. If there is no abnormality, they can be installed again.
